WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION POLICY?

Any cancellation must be made at minimum 48 hours before your contract delivery date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of contract delivery date will be charged 100% of the total rental (the deposit will be delivered back). For further details, please read Terms and Conditions of use.

HOW IS YOUR EQUIPMENT?

All of our equipment is in new or gently-used condition. It is checked for wear and tear with every return and if found in disrepair, we will replace the product. We only purchase good quality equipment from known manufacturers. We track recalls on the consumer reports website. Your safety is our primary concern.

HOW IS YOUR EQUIPMENT CLEANED?

We use non-toxic cleaning products to maintain clean, hygienic, yet health conscious equipment for your baby. Crib sheets and all cloth material are laundered in hot water with fragrance free detergents. All products are cleaned after each use.

WILL I GET WHAT IS PICTURED ON THE WEBSITE?

Yes, you will receive the product that you have seen on our website. However, the equipment could be in different colour, for example blue instead of black.

CAN WE PICK UP THE RENTAL ITEMS?
You are welcome to pick up the rental equipment at our warehouse. Please call us to arrange the time. We are located in Denpasar.
